KARACHI: Police and law enforcement personnel arrested a suspect from Lyari who was wanted for the murder of 18 people.
According to details, police and LEAs conducted a search operation after receiving reports of the presence of gang-war suspects in Lyari’s Sangoleen and Jumman Shah plot areas. During the search operation, three suspects were arrested and taken into custody.
The three suspects arrested were identified as Sameer Kodo, Ahmad Faraz and Munawar Baloch. The three suspects are said to be involved in the Lyari gang-war and affiliated with the Uzair Baloch group.
On information provided by the suspects, hidden weapons were recovered from the scrapyard of Jumman Shah plot. The arrested suspects are allegedly involved in the murder of eighteen people, including that of gang-war suspect Sikandar alias Sikku’s father.
