ISLAMABAD: Defence Minister Khawaja Asif has returned to Islamabad on Sunday after attending a wedding in Dubai.
Earlier, the minister – along with his family – left for Dubai on Saturday amid political tensions in the country – which was dubbed by Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman Imran Khan as ‘fleeing away’.
Asif took a jab at his opponents and tweeted his return – putting an end to all the rumours surrounding his departure to Dubai.
